Crushable, lip-smacking juice made by our friends at Field Recordings. This is Pinot Gris from Edna Valley, right outside of San Luis Obispo in California. These vineyards are close to the coast, so they receive cooling winds off the Pacific, making for a brisk and refreshing style of white wine that tends to disappear quickly, whether you're drinking it straight from the can or in a nice wine glass.

Andrew Jones is a vineyard wizard in California. He manages vines for many well known wineries in and around Paso Robles, helps plant new vineyards, and has now been running his own successful winery group for the better part of a decade. Field Recordings is his main brand, and he was an early adopter to the canned wine trend. His branding is creative and he makes wines with sustainable vineyard practices and low intervention in the winery.

This Pinot Gris is a canned revelation–candied Meyer lemon peel and white peach notes spring forth, with dried flowers and brisk, bright acidity. This comes from Edna Valley, right off the Pacific Coast in Paso Robles, California. It's surprisingly tart and refreshing for a California white. Wine shouldn't be this good coming from a can, but it is. So we want to share it with you.

This 375 ml can is a half bottle of wine, and is a perfect two-glass session drink to open for yourself as you're cooking, or with a partner. It's brisk, low-alcohol (11.9% abv) and super drinkable. So you should stock up on these! Keep a couple in the fridge and crack 'em as you see fit.
