This is mostly from the Les Collines Vineyard, one of Washington's greatest sources for Syrah. This was fermented with wild yeast in open-topped containers with 100% stem inclusion, and aged in large neutral oak. This shows the savory growl of Syrah when it's allowed to display its true nature.
