Alberto Orte 'Atlantida' Blanco 2019

Alberto Orte has his hands in exciting winemaking projects all over Spain, making wines from Rioja to Catalonia to Andalucia. This wine is made from a nearly extinct grape variety called Vijiriega, that Alberto and his team replanted in a few special plots near the winery. Walking through these vineyards will coat your shoes and pants with chalk dust–they’re stark white. This is the classic soil of the Sherry region. We got 6 bottles of this for the entire year, and you get one of em.
