Intentional, crafted experiences are the reason we do this. Especially when it's a chef who we've worked with since the early days, and whose work we deeply admire.
Ashley Rodriguez is a gem of a human, but she's also an extremely talented chef and cookbook author that specializes in foraging and outdoor, live-fire cooking. She's been the featured chef in several Crunchy Red Fruit club releases, and we love to cook her recipes at home. She's been nominated for a James Beard award and the fact that she's coming to cook with us is pretty incredible!
Jackson is a Master Sommelier who worked for more than a decade at Seattle's lauded Canlis restaurant, and was part of their James-Beard Award-winning wine program. He loves nothing more than to pair great wine with awesome food.
We are hosting a private dinner at our property on August 19th featuring Ashley's cooking and Jackson's wine pairings. This will be a chance for us to dig in the cellar and produce some really special bottles to share with you to highlight Ashley's cooking and outdoor foraging prowess. We will finish the night with a firepit and additional treats.
Each ticket is all-inclusive: a full multi-course dinner, with curated wine or alcohol-free pairings. This is a small, intimate dinner with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn from both Ashley and Jackson. Space is limited.

Cancellations and Waitlist: we expect to run a waitlist for this event. If tickets are sold out, we will take emails at admin@crunchyredfruit.com for waitlist spots. Spots will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.
Cancellations made before August 14th may receive a full refund. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance may receive a half refund . Cancellations made 24 hours or less in advance are non-refundable, but we can credit back a portion of the wine pairing cost. Thank you for your understanding.
