Bourdaire-Gallois Extra Brut NV

Brisk, dry Champagne from a cool, small family vineyard. This is 100% Pinot Meunier, giving wonderful texture and palate weight along with laser-sharp dryness.

Bourdaire-Galoise is a recoltant-manipulant, meaning they farm their own vineyards to produce this Champagne, unlike the large houses that work with purchased fruit. Some call it grower Champagne or farmer fizz, we just call it tasty.
