Brand Pet-Nat 2020

this is chalky, dry, slightly funky pét-nat that finishes clean and bright. A great charcuterie or aperitivo wine. This is made by the brothers Brand, who we have been big fans of for a long time. They're based in the sunny Pfalz region of southwestern Germany and have a devoted following for their wonderful low-intervention wines.
