Cervoles 'Colors' Blanc 2020

This is a unique white blend coming from the hills inland of Barcelona. The main grape of this, Macabeu, is typically used for sparkling Cava production, but here it’s serving a textural role  tinhe blend along with lemony Chardonnay and peachy Albariño. It’s a fun, crowd-pleasing white that will delight aunt Betsy and intrigue her goth nephew Azrael.

Tasting note: Lemon curd, fresh peach, tarragon
