Domaine du Collier Saumur Blanc 2020

One of the greatest dry Chenin blancs in the world, period. Antoine Foucault founded Domaine du Collier in the late 1990s after learning from his father at the great Clos Rougeard. These wines bear the imprint of a great vineyard and a great winemaker, and are truly intense examples of the Chenin grape–rich, weighty, textured, palate-coating, and bone dry.
