Michel Chevre Clos l'Ecotard 'Les Pentes' Saumur Blanc 2018

Thibaud and Michel Chevré have been gaining an absurd amount of press and admiration for their Chenin Blancs, made carefully and patiently from organically-grown grapes in some of Saumur’s best vineyard land. This wine ages for 12 months in a neutral barrel on its lees before being bottled.
