Nicolas Chiquet, currently at the helm of the family domaine, farms 23 hectares mostly focused in the Vallée de la Marne region, and their home village of Dizy. They eschew oak and oxidative characteristics in the cellar, instead letting razor-sharp acidity and well-ripened fruit dance for dominance in their finished wines.

Chiquet's wines have always been cheerful, elegant affairs–especially this rosé.
