Gonc Canvas Pet Nat Rose 2021

Gönc is a ridiculously fun winery. From the pictures of aliens and rockstars on their labels to the hands-off way they handle everything in the vineyard and winery, you know a bottle of Gönc wine is going to be a good time. This bottling is a rosé pèt-nat from organically-farmed Pinot Noir vines on the Gönc estate. It's refreshing and fuss-free. Make sure you circulate the sediment at the bottom of the bottle to make the cloudiness permeate throughout the wine prior to opening!
