Bruna Grimaldi Camilla Barolo 2017

We've only just begun to get to know these wonderful wines from the Grimaldi family. This is their Camilla Barolo, done in the style of a Barolo Classico–blended from four selected different comunes. The Grimaldi family works organically in their vineyards, omitting the use of any synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. This gentle and sustainable approach extends to the winery as well, where they ferment with wild yeasts and handle their macerations in the old-school way–gentle and extended.
