This Cabernet Franc had a deeply nostalgic and arresting aroma, and we wanted to put some on the shelf immediately upon tasting it. It's pretty damn good, is all we're saying. Classic Loire Cab Franc with lots of balance and lift. It helps that Domaine Jaulin-Pleasantin is also a sustainable, organic and biodynamic house. You can feel the earthy energy thrumming in these wines.
