Julien Cecillon 'Saint Pierre' Cornas 2018

I adore these rich, velvety Syrahs from Julien Cecillon. This is the product of a French winemaker and his American wife, who met in Napa and then moved to France to start a winery! This is a wine that I like to show to WA and Napa drinkers-to a powerful example of Syrah that speaks in dual voices of smoke and fruit.

Tasting note: Black plum, cracked black pepper, bacon fat, charred cedar
