This is made from Valdiguié, a scrumptious, lesser-known grape grown widely in California. It has bright, cheerful notes of raspberry syrup, strawberry jam, wet stones, and pink peppercorn. This is a mouthful of ripe, fresh fruit and perfect for drinking on its own or with food.
