The legend itself, from the village of Hautvillers and the surrounding vineyards of Dom Pérignon. This ten-year old bottling is the current release from this storied and legendary house, bringing incredible complexity and refinement. You could even decant this one.

Cristal 2015

Cristal always blows our minds. If it's been a while since trying it, you expect a big, powerful Champagne that's super complex and imposing. But it almost never does exactly that. Sure, it's powerful and has good ripeness of fruit and length of finish...but it also accomplishes this through tremendous litheness and elegance. There's few things as nice as drinking Cristal out of a custom glass meant for it.

Salon Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs 2013

We only have 3 bottles of this allocated to us, and therefore there are only 3 Night to Remember boxes. This is the greatest single bottle of Chardonnay / Blanc de Blancs made in Champagne. There's an even more expensive bottle out there, but most drinkers are of the opinion that Salon is the most desirable. Coming from a single designated vineyard in the Côte des Blancs' greatest village Le Mesnil, this is only made in select, special years. A true, rare treat.
