Victor Sornin Beaujolais 2019

This is made by domaine Frédéric Sornin, where the eponymous winemaker and his son Victor run a tiny group of vineyards and make inspiring, refreshing wines. They work entirely naturally, using ambient yeast and little to no sulfur at bottling. The result is pure quenching delight, especially with this Beaujolais-Villages.

This is a hard wine to hate. It comes in with fresh red fruit, winsome and delightful. Let yourself be charmed. Perfect wine for chicken, turkey, or even salmon or halibut! Serve it with a slight chill.
